Former Senior Special Assistant on media to the Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Mrs Funmi Wakama has been appointed as the General Manager of Nigerian Television Authority, NTA 12, Abeokuta.
Mrs Wakama who received her letter of appointment on the early hours of Thursday would be resuming on Monday, 14th August, 2017 to take over the mantle of leadership
Until her latest appointment, Mrs. Wakama was the Assistant Director of News, Abuja and reports gathered have shown that the media communities she left in the state are full of joy for her return to the state promising to give her the full support she needs for a successful tenure.
Speaking with Mrs. Wakama in a phone conversation, the new General Manager of NTA 12, Abeokuta called for the support and collaboration of the media and the good people of the state in taking the station to a greater height.
