Following the retirement of some permanent secretaries in the Federal Civil Service, President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of 18 new Permanent Secretaries in the Federal Civil Service. The total number of new appointees is 54, including 18 placed in the Federal Civil Service. A statement by his spokesman, Femi Adesina noted that their appointment takes immediate effect.
